Yes, on the settings tab there is an import CSV feature which will allow you to import your existing data into Inventorypro. 

The client account bundles only move up. If you have 20 client accounts and you move to 21, you will need to upgrade your account to the 30 Client account package. 

Yes, as the enterprise, your account counts toward the client accounts total. So if you have 15 clients you want to onboard then your total is 16 accounts as your company is considered 1 account. 

Each package includes a help tab within the application where users can submit issues and will get a response within 24 hours. If additional support or a dedicated contact  is required it can be purchased.
